Title cards (captions) will be produced by the TORAM Secretariat.
How to pack your work
① Attach the attachment paper to the work (on the back for flat works, on the bottom for three-dimensional works).
② Pack the work in bubble wrap or similar and attach stickers
*If you have layout instructions, please include them with your work.
3) Pack it in cardboard and attach the sticker → End
*Even if you are bringing the item in person, please pack it in cardboard.
*The item will be repackaged in the same packaging as when it was delivered and then returned to you.
*We may not be able to deliver items other than those packed in cardboard.
*Temporary frames and frames are also acceptable.
*If you do not have a frame, please include the edges as part of the artwork.
*Please attach hanging cords, wires, or hooks to wall artwork.

P2 Delivery and return information
Shipping: Prepaid Return: Cash on delivery
The date of arrival of the work and the shipping address will be stated on the selection notification.
The destination for the work to be delivered and the location where it will be dropped off are different.
The person sending the work
Please check your winning notification for the arrival date and shipping address of your work.
*If you are unable to come to the venue on the delivery date, you will be required to pay a delivery fee. (See application guidelines)
Works cannot be picked up on any other day than the arrival date.
Those who request return to the secretariat
If you are unable to come to the venue on the removal date, you will be required to pay removal fees (see application guidelines).
Your item will be returned by the TORAM office within one month after the exhibition ends.
Those who will arrange for a collection company (packaging not included)
The pick-up location and date for your work will be the same as the direct removal date and time. Please check your selection notice.
*If you are unable to come on the removal date, you will be required to pay removal fees. (See application guidelines)
If someone else comes to collect the work, the date and time will be the same as the direct removal date and time.
[Important] Packaging for returning your work
The item will be repackaged in the same packaging as when it was delivered and then returned to you.

Artists are requested to make their own arrangements for delivery (for shipping and unpacking) and removal (for packing and return).
*The exhibition office will not be responsible for shipping or returning large or heavy works, or for arranging for exhibition staff.
*The same applies to sharp pieces or pieces that require complex assembly.
*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that you provide exhibition staff.
*When you have arranged for a company to carry things in or take things out, please inform the secretariat of the company's name and details.
*If the delivery company only offers carry-in or pick-up services, delivery fees and removal fees will be charged.

P3 Direct loading and unloading
Direct delivery
Reception at the exhibition room at 11:00

Works cannot be received on any other days except on the delivery day. If you do not arrive in time for the reception, they will have to be shipped and a delivery fee will be charged by the TORAM office.
Delivery Procedure
①From the front entrance, go to the back and to the loading exit from Nogizaka Station
② Explain the name of the exhibition at the museum entrance and complete the admission procedure.
3. Walk down the corridor and take the first elevator on your left to the second floor, where the TORAM office reception is in Exhibition Room 2D.
④ Give your reception number (listed on your selection notification) to the TORAM office, unpack your work at the designated location, and lean it against the wall.

If you are unsure of which exhibition room to visit, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.
Large and heavy works
Artists are requested to handle loading and unloading of items themselves.
The office does not ship or return large works.
Direct removal
Enter the exhibition room by 6:00 p.m.
*Please check your selection notice for the removal date.
Works cannot be picked up on any other days except the removal day, so if you are unable to make it in time, they will have to be delivered and a removal fee will be charged to the TORAM office.
Unloading Procedure
① Enter the exhibition room from the main entrance or entrance gate.
② After the exhibition, a group photo will be taken. *Photos are optional.
③ Each artist's packaging materials are placed in front of their artwork from the warehouse.
④ Packing each person's work → End

Please inform the security guard at the entrance of the name of the exhibition and complete the entry procedure.
Car loading and unloading
*Loading and unloading can be done for approximately 2 hours.
No application or permission is required to use the loading/unloading facility. Please inform the museum or immigration reception on the day of loading/unloading. Loading days are very busy, so please arrive early.
The delivery days will be very busy, so please come with plenty of time.

P5 Exhibits and Rules
About the exhibit equipment
- Please bring your own equipment necessary for live painting and public production.
・Please prepare your own equipment for the exhibition. *Name required
(Projector, monitor, PC, Wi-Fi, clip light, 5m power cable, blackout curtain, darkroom, etc.)
・Please make arrangements so that video works, clip lights, etc. only need to be turned on in one place.
・The museum has a display stand (white cube) for three-dimensional works. Please bring your own if you have one exclusively for that purpose.
There are power outlets on the floor of the exhibition room.
Large-scale works and special exhibits
Works with a total of three sides exceeding 250 cm, special exhibits, or works weighing more than 20 kg will be

Exhibition Rules
・Driving nails or double-sided tape on the walls or display stands of the exhibition room is prohibited.
- Posting any notices related to the sale of artworks or selling artworks is prohibited.
・Please fumigate any natural artworks.
・Works that make sounds louder than water, fire, living things, or conversations cannot be exhibited.
・Granular objects smaller than 5 mm cannot be exhibited. *Due to floor air conditioning.
・Exhibitions cannot be changed after the opening date.
- Posting QR codes, distributing flyers, soliciting activities, etc. are prohibited.
・If there are any doubts about the originality of a work after it has been selected, the entry may be disqualified and the prize may be revoked.
・As a rule of the museum, items that may attract insects cannot be exhibited.
Be careful with driftwood, food, and fresh flowers.
[Important] Regarding the display of natural objects
It is a museum rule that items that may have insects in them cannot be exhibited.
* Works containing driftwood, dried flowers, dried leaves, bones, grains, sand, etc. (granular materials), fluff (things that scatter), etc. must be fumigated or treated with insecticide. Works that have not been treated cannot be exhibited.
Ready-made products are acceptable
*If the item has already been processed, please contact the office to inform us.
About sales of artworks
If you would like to purchase a work at the museum, please contact the TORAM office.
*Since the Museum cannot sell artworks directly, we will negotiate with the customer at our affiliated art gallery, 410 Gallery, and if a sale is made, we will include a sales certificate from 410 Gallery with the artwork.
In that case, we will charge 40% of the sales price (tax included) (5% for electronic payments) as a sales administration fee, including the sales certificate.
For inquiries regarding purchasing artworks or prices, please contact the TORAM office.
P7 (1) Items to check before the application deadline
Title change/work change
Changes to the title or work will be accepted up until the application deadline.
*Changes cannot be made after the application deadline.
If we leave right before the opening date, we won't be able to finish preparing for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
*If you wish to cancel, please do so within 8 days of receiving the selection notice. If you cancel after 8 days of receiving the selection notice, you will be charged an administrative fee (please refer to the website). If you cancel after the application deadline, we will not refund the participation fee as we have already prepared the exhibition space. *Cancellation will result in your selection being cancelled.
I would like to see it on display as much as possible.
If you cancel, please join us again next time.
P7 (2) Helping others
● Regarding unpacking, setting up the venue, and removal
You can see large empty exhibition rooms, rare exhibition scenes, and exhibition methods, and it is also a place to interact with other artists.
* On the day of delivery: Delivery will begin at 11:00. Setting up the venue is scheduled for 13:00-20:00.
* On the day of removal: Dismantling work is scheduled to take place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The reception will be handled by the TORAM Secretariat, so your presence at the building is optional.
If you would like to help out at the reception desk, please wear formal attire.
