Please check your email to see if you have been selected.
You will receive an email from the secretariat notifying you whether or not your entry has been selected within about a week of submitting your entry.
If you have any questions, please reply to the email you received (notification of selection).

4. Things to check
Title change/work change
*Changes to the work or title can be made up until the application deadline.
If we leave right before the opening date, we won't be able to finish preparing for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
Please respond within 8 days after receiving the notification of the selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged. Refunds are not possible after one month before the event. If you cancel, your selection will be cancelled.
I would like to see it on display as much as possible.
If you cancel, please join us again next time.

*The main entrance will be closed on the day of delivery.

Please inform the security guard at the entrance of the name of the exhibition and complete the entry procedure.

・Usage time: After 10:00, approximately 2 hours
・No application required: Please inform the reception on the day.
*The museum's parking lot may be very crowded with other groups.
Please use the nearby parking lot.

Artists are not ordinary customers.
*Please be sure to enter through the museum entrance.
*Please use the lockers at the back of the entrance.
Photography is prohibited anywhere in the museum except the exhibition rooms, and photography of the admission pass is prohibited.

① 10:30 Check-in at the museum entrance
・Inform the museum reception of the exhibition name and complete the admission procedure
・Walk to the back from the entrance and take the first elevator on your left to the second floor
② 11:00 TORAM reception begins in Exhibition Room 2D
・Inform the artist name and reception number
3. 11:30 Unpacking the artwork
・Attach a caption to the back of the work and lean it against the wall
④ 12:30 Place the packaging materials in the designated location
・Check that your name is written on the packaging before leaving
*The reception desk will be crowded, so please arrive with plenty of time.
If you have trouble finding the exhibition room, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.

⑤ 19:00 Each participant will pack their work and leave in order of completion.
