Photos from the venue will be posted on the [Winning and Selected Artists] page within about three days.
If you use the image on social media etc., please use the published image.

Please check your email to see if you have been selected.
You will receive an email from the secretariat notifying you whether or not your entry has been selected within about a week of submitting your entry.
If you have any questions, please reply to the email you received (notification of selection).

4. Items to check before the application deadline
Title change/work change
*Changes to the work or title can be made up until the application deadline.
If we leave right before the opening date, we won't be able to finish preparing for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
Please respond within 8 days after receiving the notification of the selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged. Refunds are not possible after one month before the event. If you cancel, your selection will be cancelled.
I would like to see it on display as much as possible.

6. About the Exhibition
Exhibition Rules
・Do not use nails or double-sided tape on walls or display stands.
- Unframed, edges will be treated as part of the artwork
・Wall-mounted artworks require a hanging cord
・Remove the glass panel from the frame (acrylic panels are acceptable)
・Equipment must be prepared by each participant (power supply available)
・Exhibition stands are available, but please bring your own stand
・Distribution of flyers is prohibited in the exhibition room.
- If there are doubts about the originality of the work, the prize may be revoked.
Be careful with driftwood, food, and fresh flowers.
★About the display of natural objects
- Any artwork that may be prone to insect infestation must be fumigated and treated with insecticide.
-Unprocessed works cannot be exhibited.
・Items that scatter or are granular cannot be exhibited.
Ready-made products are acceptable
*If any items have been processed, please notify the office to inform us that they have been processed.

・Lights in the exhibition room cannot be turned off.
・If a darkroom is required, please prepare one.
- Sound: Can be used with headphones or at a volume that can be heard within the area.

・Power on: When making a request to the secretariat, please make sure that the power can be easily operated.
The power outlets are located on the walls inside the exhibition hall.

*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that exhibition staff be prepared.

①From the front entrance, go to the back and to the loading exit from Nogizaka Station
② Explain the name of the exhibition at the museum entrance and complete the admission procedure.
3. Walk down the corridor and take the first elevator on your left to the second floor, where the TORAM office reception is in Exhibition Room 2D.
④ Give your reception number (listed on your selection notification) to the TORAM office, unpack your work at the designated location, and lean it against the wall.

You can see empty exhibition rooms, rare exhibition scenes, and exhibition methods, and it is also a place to interact with other artists.

12. Sales
Artwork sales
Artworks on display are not for sale within the museum.
The secretariat will handle information about the works currently on display and those posted online, as well as business negotiations. If you decide to purchase an item, we will hold a business negotiation at our partner gallery, "410 Gallery," after the exhibition ends.
If you have any questions for the artists, please contact the office.
Contract for the work
A gallery sales certificate will be provided to the purchaser.
・Sales commission: 40% of the artwork price (tax included)
・Electronic payment fee: 5%
・Bank transfer fees: to be borne by each individual
・Certificate issuance: Limited to works priced at 30,000 yen or more (tax included)
If a contract is concluded, the office will contact the artist.
★If you do not want to sell your work
Please write "Not for sale" when applying.
If you wish to change your entry details after submitting your entry, please notify the secretariat by the application deadline.

Per piece: 6,600 yen
・Published for one year after the end of the exhibition
・A sales certificate will be issued to the purchaser upon closing.
・Sales commission 40% (electronic payment + 5%)
・Certificate issuance: Limited to works priced at 30,000 yen or more (tax included)
If there is a business negotiation regarding a work to be published, we will confirm whether the work is available.
② Issuance of exhibition certificate
One copy per work: 5,500 yen
・Published by 410Gallery
・The tickets will be mailed approximately one month after the exhibition ends.
Please use this to record your activities, sell your work, and plan your future activities.
