How to apply the sticker and packaging your work (for both delivery and carry-in)
Packaging your artwork is important. It protects the artwork and ensures that it is delivered to you once the purchase is made.
Please make sure the packaging is easy to unpack and can be reused when repackaging.
*If you use boxes specifically designed for hanging scrolls or frames, we will leave the packaging to you.

Prepare your artwork and pasting paper
Paste paper: 4 sheets or more
Details to be included: Real name, artist name, and title *Handwritten is acceptable
*Please be sure to affix the sticker to your artwork and packaging materials.
*The sticker will be removed when the exhibit is on display.

Stick the attachment paper on the back of the piece

Wall artworks will have hanging cords attached to the back.
Please remove the glass. Acrylic panels are acceptable.
three-dimensional work
If you place your work in an acrylic box or similar, please take measures to prevent it from falling apart.

Packing the work
We will provide the packaging materials.
If you are purchasing two works or a series of works, please package them so that the works do not come into contact with each other.

Stick the sticker onto the packaging material
If the work requires layout, please pack the layout instructions together with the work.
* Be careful not to damage the corners of picture frames, etc.
*Please place cushions or other items inside three-dimensional works.

After packaging, attach the sticker
Please tape all four corners securely to prevent them from coming off during shipping.

Large works (total of three sides is 250 cm or more) and heavy works (20 kg or more)
Please make your own arrangements for delivery (for shipping and unpacking) and removal (for packing and return).
*The exhibition office will not be responsible for shipping or returning large or heavy works, or for arranging for exhibition staff.
*The same applies to sharp pieces or pieces that require complex assembly.
*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that exhibition staff be prepared.
*When you have arranged for a company to carry things in or take things out, please inform the secretariat of the company's name and details.
★Examples of packaging that cannot be delivered
Packing with only air packing like the image may cause damage during delivery or may not be able to be delivered depending on the delivery company. Please make sure to pack in a cardboard box.
Also, if you bring or pick up your work directly at the venue, please pack it.


For video works
Artists must prepare a darkroom for any works that require it.
If you make noise, please keep it at a volume that can be heard within the size of the compartment.
* Sounds cannot be louder than conversation.

*Power outlets are available at the venue.
* Regarding audio, the volume should be audible over headphones or within the size of the compartment.
*If you wish to use any other devices such as Wi-Fi, please prepare them yourself.
*All power will be turned off at the venue after closing.
*If you ask the office to turn on the power, please make it easy to do so.



★About the display of natural objects
It is a museum rule that items that may have insects in them cannot be exhibited.
*Works containing driftwood, dried flowers, dried leaves, bones, grains, sand, etc. (granular materials), fluff (things that scatter), etc. must be fumigated or treated with insecticide. Works that have not been treated cannot be exhibited.
* Ready-made products are acceptable (if they have been treated, please write "treated" in the comments section)
★Exhibition rules
*Please prepare the equipment necessary for your work (power cord, etc.)
*Power outlets are located on the floor of the exhibition room.
*There are display stands for three-dimensional works in the exhibition room, but please bring your own dedicated stand.
*For works that require layout, please attach a layout document (regardless of format).
*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that exhibition staff be provided.
*If there are any doubts about the originality of the winning entry after selection, the entry may be revoked.
*Distributing flyers or other such activities is prohibited within the exhibition hall.
