★ Summary of precautions regarding delivery of works

The following items have been damaged during delivery:
In recent years, there have been cases where the packaging method has made the item ineligible for the delivery company's warranty.
Therefore, please check the following information.

1. About artworks that may break

When delivering glass, ceramics, etc., please clearly display warning labels such as "Handle with care" and "Handle upside down", and please use an outer box or cushioning material that can withstand impacts, or bring it in (unpack) and take it home (pack).

2. Pieces that are easily scratched

Photographs and works printed directly on acrylic sheets may come into contact with the packaging material during shipping and be damaged. Therefore, when shipping, please take measures to prevent the packaging material from coming into contact with the item, or bring it in (unpack) and take it home (pack).

3. The work is still wet

Oil and acrylic paintings that are not yet dry may stick to the packaging and be damaged.
Therefore, when shipping, please take care not to touch the packaging materials, or bring the item in (unpack) and take it home (pack).

★Request for cooperation

We cannot guarantee against damage during delivery.
In order to protect your valuable works, please understand the above and take great care in packaging them for delivery.
