You will receive an email from the secretariat notifying you whether or not your entry has been selected within about a week of submitting your entry.

4. Things to check
Title change/work change
*Changes to the work or title can be made up until the application deadline.
If we wait until the very last minute, we won't be able to prepare for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged, and cancellations within one month of the event date will be non-refundable. *Your selection will be cancelled.
I would like to display as much as possible.

Carrying in and out of the storage facility (within 15 minutes) is only available for large works (total of 3 sides 250cm or more, 20kg or more). Since permission from the museum is required, please contact the TORAM office by the deadline. Others should use public transportation or nearby parking lots.

Delivery Procedure
① 10:30 Museum admission
*Take the elevator from the P4 Riverain Building loading entrance to the 8th floor, tell the name of the exhibition, and proceed with the entrance procedures.
*The elevators will be crowded.
② 11:00 TORAM reception begins in the exhibition room
*Please tell us the artist name and reception number at the exhibition room.
③ 11:30 Unpacking the artwork
*Attach the caption to the back of the work and lean it against the wall.
④ 12:00 Place the packaging materials in the designated location
* Check that the name is written on the packaging
⑤ 12:30 Inform the secretariat that the event is over and leave
*The reception desk will be crowded, so please arrive with plenty of time.
If you have trouble finding the exhibition room, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.

② 16:30 Group photo taken in the exhibition room *Optional
③ 17:00 Exhibition ends *Entry by 17:00
④ 17:30 Packaging materials are taken from the warehouse to the front of the artwork.
⑤ 18:00 Everyone packs their work and those who finish will leave in order.
⑥ 19:30 Unloading completed
