Please check your email to see if you have been selected.
You will receive an email from the secretariat notifying you whether or not your entry has been selected within about a week of submitting your entry.
If you have any questions, please reply to the email you received (notification of selection).

If you have not received the winning notification email within one week, it may have been sorted into your spam folder or other folder. Please check your email folder again. If you have not received the email, please contact the office.

Please arrange for a mover (carrying in and unpacking) and a mover (packing and returning) yourself.
*The secretariat will not be responsible for arranging for delivery, exhibition, or removal.
*The same applies to sharp pieces or pieces that require complex assembly.
*For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, we ask that exhibition staff be prepared.
*If a contractor is used for delivery and removal, there will be no delivery and removal fees.

*When you have arranged for a company to carry things in or take things out, please inform the secretariat of the company's name and details.
If a contractor does the work, the secretariat will not charge for the loading and unloading work.

[Important] Regarding packaging when returning your work
The item will be repackaged in the same packaging as when it was delivered and then returned to you.
・When packing your works, please make sure that the instructions for unpacking and packing are clear and easy to understand.

Take the elevator from the Riverain Center Building entrance to the 8th floor

Import and Export takes approximately 15 minutes.
*Only for large works with a total of 250 cm or more on all three sides and weighing more than 20 kg.
*Please note that permission from the museum is required to use the loading and unloading facility, so please contact the TORAM office by the application deadline.
*If you are not planning on exhibiting large works, please use public transportation or a nearby parking lot.

Bring in procedure
① Take the elevator from the loading entrance (P4 Riverain Building loading entrance) to the 8th floor. *The elevator will be crowded.
② Tell the museum reception the name of the exhibition and complete the admission procedure.

4. Unpack your work in the designated area and lean it against the wall.

Estimated time
From ① to ③, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes (peak time) From ④ to ⑤, it takes about 30 to 45 minutes
*The reception will be busy, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
*If you are able to help, please help with other unpacking tasks.
If you are unsure of which exhibition room to visit, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.
Large and heavy works
Artists are requested to handle loading and unloading of their own equipment.
The office does not ship or return large works.

Bring out Procedure
①Enter the exhibition room from the front entrance
② After the exhibition, a group photo will be taken. *Photos are optional.
③ Each artist's packaging materials are placed in front of their artwork from the warehouse.
④ Packing each person's work → End
Estimated time: ② to ③ approx. 45 minutes (peak time) ④ to ⑤ approx. 20 to 45 minutes
*Please allow plenty of time as removal will be busy.
If you are able to help, please help with other packing tasks.
We welcome anyone who can help with packing and removal.
P6 Exhibits and Rules
About the exhibit equipment
- Please bring your own equipment necessary for live painting and public production.
・Please prepare your own equipment for the exhibition. ※Name required
(Power cable, etc.)
・For works that require power, please make arrangements such as only turning it on in one place.
・Display stands for three-dimensional works are available at the museum. Please bring your own if you have one for your own use.
The power outlets are located on the walls inside the exhibition hall.
Exhibition Rules
- Double-sided tape is prohibited on the walls or display stands in the exhibition room.
- Nails with a diameter of more than 3 mm cannot be driven into walls or display stands.
- Posting any notices related to the sale of works, or selling works is prohibited.
・Works that make sounds louder than water, fire, living things, or conversations cannot be exhibited.
・Exhibitions cannot be changed after the opening date.
- Posting QR codes, distributing flyers, soliciting activities, etc. are prohibited.
・If there are any doubts about the originality of a work after it has been selected, the entry may be disqualified.
Be careful with driftwood, food, and fresh flowers.
[Important] Regarding the display of natural objects
Works that contain granular materials such as driftwood, dried flowers, dried leaves, bones, grains, sand, and fluff (which scatters), and that may attract insects, must be subjected to fumigation or insecticidal treatment.
*Items that have not been treated cannot be exhibited.
Ready-made products are acceptable
*If any items have been processed, please notify the office to inform us that they have been processed.
P7 Sales
Sales during the exhibition
Artworks cannot be sold at the museum.
If you have any inquiries or wish to purchase, please contact the TORAM office.
After the exhibition, we will negotiate with our affiliated art gallery, 410 Gallery, and potential buyers.
*If the purchase is made, a 410Gallery sales certificate will be issued and given to the purchaser.
*We will charge a sales commission of 40% of the work price (tax included) (5% for electronic payments).
For inquiries regarding purchasing works during the exhibition, please contact the secretariat.
Online store listing
Publication fee: 6,600 yen (tax included) per work
Your work will be displayed (for one year) on the affiliated 410Gallery online store.
*Only for those who have exhibited and wish to participate
*The works currently displayed can also be sold elsewhere.
*We do not charge sales commission for transactions made outside of 410Gallery.
If there is a negotiation regarding a work to be featured, we will confirm whether the work is available.
P9 Confirmation items until the application deadline
Title change/work change
Changes to the title or work will be accepted up until the application deadline.
If we leave right before the opening date, we won't be able to finish preparing for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 8 days of receiving the email informing you that you have been selected. If you cancel after this date, we will charge you a 5,500 yen administrative fee. If you cancel within one month of the event date, we will not be able to refund the participation fee. If you cancel, your entry will be considered cancelled.
I would like to see it on display as much as possible.

You can see large empty exhibition rooms, rare exhibition scenes, and exhibition methods, and it is also a place to interact with other artists.
