4. Items to check before the application deadline

*Changes to the work or title can be made up until the application deadline.
If we wait until the very last minute, we won't be able to prepare for the exhibition in time.
Cancellation Policy
Within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged, and cancellations within one month of the event date will be non-refundable. *Your selection will be cancelled.
I would like to display as much as possible.

★For large works (total of three sides over 250cm) or heavy works (over 20kg)
Please arrange for a transport company to handle the items you need (bringing in and unpacking) and the items you need to remove (packing and returning).
・The secretariat will not arrange for companies to carry in, display, or remove the exhibits.
- The same applies to pieces that contain sharp edges or require complex assembly.
・For special exhibits or works weighing over 20 kg, please arrange for exhibition staff.
If the goods are delivered and removed by a contractor, the Secretariat will not charge for the delivery and removal work.
★For those who work with delicate glass, complex assemblies, or sharp objects

Carrying in and out of the storage facility (within 15 minutes) is only available for large works (total of 3 sides 250cm or more, 20kg or more). Since permission from the museum is required, please contact the TORAM office by the deadline. Others should use public transportation or nearby parking lots.

Delivery Procedure
① Take the elevator from the loading entrance (P4 Riverain Building loading entrance) to the 8th floor
*The elevators will be crowded.
② Tell the museum receptionist the name of the exhibition and complete the admission procedure.
③Reception at the secretariat in the exhibition room
④ Unpack your artwork in the designated location and lean it against the wall.
⑤ Go to the secretariat reception desk, receive your caption and paste it on your work → End

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes from ① to ③
It takes about 30 to 45 minutes from ④ to ⑤
*The reception desk will be crowded, so please arrive with plenty of time.

③ Each artist's packaging materials are placed in front of their artwork from the warehouse.

The office does not ship or return large works.
10. Assistance
Only those who can help
You can see empty exhibition rooms, rare exhibition scenes, and exhibition methods, and it is also a place to interact with other artists.
