4. Things to check

Title change/work change

*Changes to the work or title can be made up until the application deadline.

If we wait until the very last minute, we won't be able to prepare for the exhibition in time.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 8 days of receiving the notification of selection. After that, a 5,500 yen administrative fee will be charged, and cancellations made within one month of the event date will be non-refundable. *Your selection will be cancelled.

I would like to display as much as possible.

Delivery procedure

*The reception desk will be crowded, so please come with plenty of time.

 

① 09:30 Check-in at the museum entrance

*Please inform the museum reception of the name of the exhibition and complete the admission procedure.

 

② 10:00 TORAM reception opens in the exhibition room on the 3rd floor

*Please provide the artist name and reception number.

 

③ 11:00 Unpacking of works

*Attach the caption to the back of the work and lean it against the wall (temporary placement)

*The exhibition coordinator will decide where to display the works after 2:00 PM.

 

④ 11:30 Place the packing materials in the designated area and leave in order of completion.

*Please make sure your name is written on the packaging.

 

⑤ 12:00 Delivery acceptance ends

If you have trouble finding the exhibition room, please ask at the admissions desk when you enter the museum.
