Exhibition rules (for both Flat and Solid works)
We will explain the rules of the exhibition room, natural objects, light works, etc. Please be sure to check them.

1. Exhibition Rules
Exhibition Rules
・Wall-hanging artworks require a hanging cord
- Unframed, edges treated as part of the artwork
・Remove the glass panel from the frame (acrylic panels are acceptable)
・Equipment must be prepared by each participant (power supply available)
・Exhibition stands are available, but you must bring your own stand
・If there is any doubt about the originality of the work, the prize may be revoked.
Prohibitions
・Do not use nails or double-sided tape on walls or display stands.

・Do not use nails or double-sided tape with a diameter of 3 mm or more on walls or display stands.

★Works that contain natural materials or that may be prone to insects must be fumigated and treated with insecticide.
・Untreated works cannot be exhibited.
・Items that scatter or are granular cannot be exhibited.
・Distributing flyers inside the exhibition room is prohibited
・QR codes cannot be displayed



2. Exhibiting natural objects
Items that may attract insects or contain liquid or moisture cannot be exhibited.
*Works containing driftwood, dried flowers, dried leaves, bones, grains, sand (granular materials), fluff (which scatters), etc. must be fumigated or treated with insecticide. Works that have not been treated cannot be exhibited.
* Ready-made products are acceptable (if they have been treated, please write "treated" in the comments section)
3. Works that use projectors, light, and sound
The lights in the exhibition room cannot be turned off.
If you want to prevent light from interfering with other works, please prepare a darkroom.
・Power outlets are available at the venue.
・Regarding sound, the volume should be audible using headphones or within the size of the compartment.
・If you wish to use Wi-Fi or other devices, please prepare them yourself.
・After closing, all power will be turned off in the venue.
・If you ask the secretariat to turn on the power, please make it easy to do so.
★Works with complex settings
・If you request the secretariat to turn on the power, the power will be turned off after closing time, so please make sure that when you turn it on when the library opens, it is easy to operate, such as by performing one operation.



4. For video works
The lights in the exhibition room cannot be turned off.
If you want to prevent light from interfering with other works, please prepare a darkroom.
If you make noise, please keep it at a volume that can be heard within the size of the compartment.
* Sounds cannot be louder than conversation.
★Works with complex settings
・If you request the secretariat to turn on the power, the power will be turned off after closing time, so please make sure that the power can be turned on easily when the library opens, with only one operation required.
5. Live performance/public production (only when specified in the application guidelines)
★Live performance
Demonstration time: Within 1 hour
★Open production
Demonstration time: 1 to 5 days (1 day: up to 7 hours)
Please prepare the necessary equipment and materials.
・Please take care not to stain the floors and walls of the museum.
