■ After the Spatial Arts TORAM Secretariat informs you of the selection, you will be required to transfer the participation fee for the number of lots to the designated account at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.

■ Payment can be made directly at the venue on the day of delivery.

 

■ Those who are selected will be members of the General Incorporated Association Spatial Arts TORAM Dynamic General Member (admission fee and annual membership fee are free) and will not be judged from the next participation. * General members are optional

■ Enter your name on the packing material and box.

■ Please write on the back of the work so that you can see the title and artist name.

■ When requesting the return to the secretariat, we will charge the return work cost (S / M section: 3,300 yen) (L section: 5,500 yen). After the exhibition is over, we will repack it in the packing material at the time of delivery and return it in sequence. ​

​ ■ If you need an exhibition postcard, we will send it for 600 yen for 20 sheets and 1,000 yen for 40 sheets.

[3.1. In case of direct loading and unloading]

■ After entering from the carry-in entrance and completing the museum reception, we will meet at the venue at 11:00.

■ Check the work and the endorsement together with the TORAM secretariat at the venue.

■ Place your personal belongings in the designated place, unpack the work, and then lean it against the wall.

(Check if there is a name on the back of the work)

■ Receive the title card and attach it to the back of the work with masking tape.

■ Write your name on the empty box and packing material and put it in the designated place.

・ Delivery date: To the venue

■ Take the work out of the designated place and put it in front of the work.

■ When you have finished placing the packing materials for everyone from the designated place in front of the work, start packing each one.

・ Check with the secretariat

■ Finally, when you leave the venue with your work, please confirm the work and identity with the secretariat. ​

What to bring: Hammer, measure, work gloves, scissors, gum tape

■ Check the work brought in by the vendor in the work list and unpack it.

■ Cut the title card.

■ Arrange gray mats along the wall of the venue to stand up the work.

■ Exhibition of works measured 〇 cm from the bottom of the wall. 3 people x 2 (counterclockwise and clockwise)

■ Check the number of exhibition stands for 3D works and arrange them in the center of the venue.

・ Setting up an exhibition hall

■ As soon as the position of the work is decided, the professional staff will give instructions, so hang the work on the wall so that the height of the instruction comes to the center of the work.

■ Stick the title card when you finish hanging it on the wall.

 

■ Place empty boxes and packing materials in the warehouse.

 

■ Clean up the equipment and finish.

・ Withdrawal work

■ When the exhibition end time comes, the expert staff will instruct you to put the packaging of each artist in front of the work from the warehouse.

■ Remove the work from the wall and lean it against the wall.

​ ■ Check if there are any nails or stickers left on the wall.

Fukuoka Asian Art Museum

・ Venue preparation

* Lunch boxes and drinks will be provided at noon for those who can help until the evening.

 

■ Check the work brought in by the vendor in the work list and unpack it.

 

■ Cut the title card.

 

■ Measure 〇 cm from the bottom of the wall and stretch the thread. 3 people x 2 (counterclockwise and clockwise)

 

■ Check the number of exhibition stands for 3D works and bring them in from the museum warehouse.

 

■ Take all the lighting fixtures out of the warehouse in the venue and put them together in several places.

・ Setting up an exhibition hall

■ As soon as the position of the work is decided, the professional staff will give instructions, so nail the work to the center of the thread stretched on the wall and hang the work.

■ Place the lighting fixture in front of the work.

* Please place 1 light within 1 meter square and 2 lights for more than that.

■ Bring the largest stepladder and attach the lighting fixtures to the ceiling. A pair of two or three.

■ Bring 8 chairs outside the venue into the venue and arrange them in the designated place.​

・ Withdrawal work

■ When the exhibition end time comes, the specialist staff will instruct you to put the packaging of each artist in front of the work from the warehouse.

■ Remove the work from the wall and lean it against the wall.

■ Bring a large stepladder and remove the lighting fixtures from the ceiling. A pair of two or three.

■ Arrange the chairs placed outside the venue at the designated place outside the venue. ​

​ ■ Check if there are any nails left on the wall.
